Do I need to know anything about running a café?
No. We run it day to day — team, menu, suppliers and service.
Why did the first café close?
Rent. It was more than half of what the café earned each month. Guests and ratings were never the issue, which is why we now start with spaces that don't carry high-street rent.
Is hemp a problem for my space?
No. Hemp seeds and hemp oil are food ingredients in a few signature items, always optional. We can keep a site hemp-free if that suits your audience.
What are the commercial terms?
They depend on the space, format and footfall, so we share them in the proposal after a site visit.
